Ana Lev: a Pilates instructor’s mat classes on her own site, then her own app
Ana is an example instructor we created to show BOS end to end. Every screen on this page is the real product running her demo account; the figures are a worked example, not results.

The instructor
Ana teaches mat and reformer sessions in a small studio, most of them one to one. Her clients come in once a week, and what they do on the other six days decides how fast they progress.
She used to send them home with a printed sheet of exercises. She wants short guided classes in her own voice instead, on the WordPress site she already has, without a marketplace that owns her clients or takes a cut of every sale.
What she set up in one afternoon
Four short mat classes, all guided in audio so clients keep their eyes off the screen, down to the breathing pace for The Hundred. She grouped them into three programs.

Ana’s programs in the BOS dashboard
- ✓ Free taster: all four classes, $0, to try before buying
- ✓ Core Foundations: a core wake-up and The Hundred, $32
- ✓ Mobile Spine: a spine stretch and a hips and glutes class, $28
- ✓ One shortcode on a page of her site lists all three with prices and Buy Now
Each price is set once, in the program editor. Saving creates the WooCommerce product on her site, so checkout, receipts and customer emails stay hers.

What her clients see
On her site and on their phones, clients see Ana’s name and Ana’s programs. They buy with her checkout, sign in once, and the same account works in the app later.

Programs and prices

A program page
A year, worked through
Say 50 clients buy Core Foundations and 45 buy Mobile Spine over a year. That is $2,860 in sales.
$2,860
sales in the example year
$290
BOS Pro, paid yearly
$0
platform fee to BOS
$1,300
on a $99/month plan with a 3.9% fee
Example figures for illustration. Card processing fees from Stripe or PayPal apply on every platform.
Then the app
When enough clients ask for an app, the App plan publishes Ana’s classes as an iOS and Android app in her studio’s name. The programs, prices and client accounts she already has carry straight over, and a push notification between sessions reminds clients to do their ten minutes.
Try it yourself
Our live demo runs the same product with a yoga teacher’s programs. Open it, sign in, play a lesson, and see the whole flow a client goes through.
