Momence pricing, fees and an alternative for recorded lessons
Momence is studio management software: schedule, bookings, memberships, front desk. BOS sells recorded lessons from the WordPress site you already have and publishes them in an app in your name.

Which one fits you
Choose BOS if
- Your income from recordings is bigger than, or separate from, your in-person schedule
- You already have a WordPress site and want the lessons inside it
- You want your own app without an add-on quoted per studio
- Audio programs matter: your students practise with the screen off
Choose Momence if
- You run a physical studio with a front desk, class capacity and staff
- Bookings, waitlists and memberships are the core of the business
- Recorded classes are a small extra next to the live timetable
The main difference
Momence prices a studio: a plan for the front desk, then add-ons for video and an app. BOS prices a library: a flat monthly fee for the recorded lessons on your own site, and one more flat fee for the app. Many teachers run both, Momence for the timetable and BOS for the recordings.
Keep the timetable where it is. Put the recordings on your site.
Accounts are approved by hand, usually within a day. The plugin and up to 5 lessons are free.
