Questions
Do I need a WordPress site? +
Yes. BOS runs as a plugin on your existing WordPress site with WooCommerce. If you don’t have one yet, we can recommend a partner agency.
Who publishes the app? +
We handle the whole process. Apple requires an Apple Developer account ($99 per year, paid to Apple) which we set up with you; Google Play is a one-time $25. Publishing typically takes 10 business days after your content is ready.
Why do I have to apply? +
BOS is a curated platform. We review every teacher by hand so that every site and app we power stays professional. Approval usually takes under 24 hours.
Can I cancel? +
Monthly plans cancel any time. Your lessons stay on your WordPress site; the player and app stop working at the end of the billing period.
Where is video hosted? +
On BOS infrastructure with a global CDN. You upload once; we handle encoding and streaming for web and app.
Do you take a cut of my sales? +
No. Never.
