What a meditation recording needs

A body scan is listened to lying down, eyes closed, phone face down. Web players stop when the phone locks. The BOS app does not.
Resumes where they stopped
A 40-minute practice is not restarted from the top. Progress is saved per lesson and follows the student from the website into the app.

A quiet room, a USB or lapel mic, one pass of noise removal. Export MP3. If you use music under your voice, check the licence covers a narrated product you sell.

Upload
Audio lessons upload straight into your BOS dashboard. Video, if you have it, is hosted unlisted on Vimeo or YouTube.

Build programs
Each program is one WooCommerce product on your site, with a cover, a free preview track, the session list and your price.

Sell
Students buy on your site, sign in once, and listen on the website or in your app with the same account.
